Conservatorship

Julia represents professional fiduciaries who have been appointed as conservators, persons who are proposed to be a conservatee or who are already the subject of a conservatorship (a “conservatee”), and persons who are seeking to establish a conservatorship for a family member or friend. Julia has handled conservatorships from beginning to end and is on the Marin County Superior Court’s approved list of court-appointed attorneys for [proposed] conservatees.


Trust Administration

Julia provides advice and counsel to trustees about how to administer a Trust after death or during life. She represents family members, friends, professional fiduciaries and others named or appointed as trustees.

Probate


When a person dies without a Trust, Julia represents the person appropriate to administer the estate (either the person named as executor of a Will or the appropriate person under California law) and assists them with the administration of the decedent’s estate through the appropriate Court.
